Cost Planning
We can provide estimated costs of construction which can assist Clients in determining whether a project is financially viable.
Construction Measurement
Full construction measurement services, inclusive of but not limited to full Bill of Quantities (Builders Quants/NRM).
Tender Production
We can provide assistance to Clients to prepare and run the tender process, in order to appoint the most appropriate Contractor/Sub Contractor.
Contract Drafting
Contract drafting between Client and contractor inclusive of all addendums, amendments and Client advice regarding legal terms if required.
Post Contract Quantity Surveying Services
Valuations & recommendation for payments in line with contract documentation. Monthly financial reports regarding the financial status of the project, in line with contract sum & confirmation of predicted final account.
Final Account Production
Undertaking and agreeing the Financial Account, ensuring Clients are engaged at every point of the process and the Clients budget is adhered to.
Bank Monitoring Surveying
Full financial reviews to mitigate Client risk, ensuring the specific developer is adequate for the anticipated works. Review of loan facility and ensure it fits the proposed works. Draw-down reports to ensure Clients are satisfied that the remainder of the loan is sufficient to complete the development, in case of insolvency.
Employers Agent & Contract Adminstrator
We can undertake Employers Agent role and Contract Administrator to act on behalf of the Client to ensure the Contract works are undertaken to the Clients required specification, budget and timeframe.
Claims Advice
We can act as an independent witness to ensure the successful resolution of any construction financial impacting conflicts. We will work through and determine the correct decision and aid in providing evidence when necessary.
